Nellie Bowles, age 93, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. Born in Fort Worth, Texas, she enjoyed crafting, reading, and playing Bingo. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, H. W. “Billy” Bowles; parents, Joseph and Victoria Levandowski; siblings, Ed Levandowski, Martha Railey, Mary Frank, Florine Gorski, and Margaret Beal. Survived by brother, John Levandowski and wife Myra; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 18, 2015 in the Chapel of Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veteran’s Memorial Parkway, Houston, Texas 77038. Interment will follow at Houston National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Chuck Frank, Edward Levandowski, Wayne Levandowski, Larry Levandowski, Randy Beal, and Paul Riggsby.
