Nancy Sue Price

Nancy lived her life purposefully with surety of faith and saw every experience – good or bad – as an opportunity from God to learn and grow. Naturally curious – whether pouring through her genealogy or blogging with Iraqis about their lives – her heart was always to find points of connection and common bonds among people.

She was a natural loving person and never happier than when she could help someone. Her love was unconditional. She saw the best in people, even when they could not see it within themselves. Her genuine warmth and full-bodied laugh touched the lives of every person she came in contact with.

Nancy was the best of friends, the center of strength and encouragement for her family and the backbone of a family business. In the simplest of terms, her legacy was love.

Nancy is preceded in death by her father, Randall Barry, and her brother, Kent Barry. She is survived by her mother, Sue Barry; husband, James Price; son, Daniel Price; step-daughter, Stephanie Price; step-son, Robert Price and wife Traci and granddaughter Emerson Faith Price. Also, mother-in-law Edith Price; brother-in-law Wayne Price and wife Evie; sisters-in-law, JoDell Barry and Kay Price; nephews Nicholas Barry, Christopher Barry, Daniel Keith Price and Joshua Price; nieces Kristie Wright and Shannon Banks; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, great nephews and nieces and many friends.

Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 pm Sunday, March 27, 2011 at Earthman Resthaven. Nancy's Celebration of Life will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 28, 2011 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. Interment will follow in Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
