She was a loving mom and granny. Always thinking of others and putting everybody's needs above her own.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alvin ( Buddy) Norris; mother, Beverly (Pete) and husband Bill Oliphant.
She is survived by her son, Randy Clements; daughter, Kimberly and husband Richard Earley; 5 grandchildren, Amanda Drake, Lauren Clements , Christopher Cook, Linsey Clements, and Samantha Earley.
A visitation for Nancy will be held Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 11:00 AM at Brookside Memorial Park.
