On September 13, 1963, a baby girl was born to Maceo Baul and Veola Bryant. They named their little girl Linda Joyce Bryant. She received her formal education from Kashmere Senior High School and later furthered her education at Houston Community College. United with the Lord at an early age, she received the Holy Ghost in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. She departed our world on March 12, 201 to be received in the bosom of her Lord and Savior. Linda is preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents and her beloved daughter Candace DeEster Willis. She leaves to cherish memories her mother, Veola Jones; one daughter, Linda Upson (Henry); two brothers, David Coleman (Deidra) and Harold Jones (Victoria); two sisters, Gina Benton-Dempsey and Jeanette Dahnert (Art); one uncle, Charles Ray Bryant; and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends
