Wiley & Ione Wiley; sisters: Margie Tomlin, Judith Taylor; brothers: Bobby Ray Wiley, Glenis Wiley.Frances leaves to cherish her memories: loving husband, Charlie Gibbs; children: Margie Smith, Pamela Turner, Phillip Reynolds, Hayes Jackson; sister, Brenda Krauser, brother, Davis Wiley; along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family & friends.The family will receive friends from 5-8PM on Wednesday, September 1, 2010. Funeral Services will be held at 3PM on Thursday, September 2, 2010. Both services will be held at Brookside Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
