Mr. Anthony Wayne Carr Jr.

?On June 24, 1960 a baby boy was born to Anthony Wayne Carr, Sr. and Carrie Ollison Carr. He was the youngest of two children and the only son. Anthony committed his life to Christ at an early age. he was baptized at Bella Vista Missionary Baptist Church , under the leadership of Rev. Calvin Abraham.HE attended James D. Burrus Elementary School, Oak Village Middle School and graduated from Forest BrookHigh School.Anthony worked for a while as a computer technician, then became a longshoreman with ILA Local 124 at the Port of Houston. He was also a part of the security staff for both Bella Vista MBC and Northside Antioch MBC.He first became a father to a beautiful baby girl, who was names Countess C'Ne Carr. On August 14, 1999 he was joined in Holy Matrimony to Glenda Edmond and to that union, a beautify baby girl was born, named Courtney Chantal Carr. He was active in the school activities of bought daughters and was also supportive to his nieces and nephew.Upon the passing of his wife, Glenda, Anthony raised Courtney as a single parent, following the example of his grandfather, John Ollison,Sr.On January 1, 2016, Anthony Wayne Carr, Jr. returned to the loving arms of God.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Carr; mother in law, Mary Edmond; grandparents, John and Ruby Ollison; and Carrie Carr; and godparents Alcide and Stella Doucette.Anthony leaves to Ccherish his memory; two daughters, Countess Carr and Courtney Carr, His parents  Anthony Sr. and Carrie Carr sisters Andrea Carr and Gwenette Carr and a hosts of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends  who will cherish his memory.
