Mildred Cortez Lewis, August 30, 1928 - October 12, 2015. Resided at Avalon Place, Trinity, Texas. Preceded in death by: parents: Jim and Gracie Cortez; husband, C.D. Lewis; brothers: Juan, Jim, Octavio; sisters: Neoma, Emma, Alicia, Lupe. Survived by: step-daughter, Cathy Bailey; sisters: Gracie Dixon & Frances Cortez; numerous nieces and nephews, along with a host of friends. A special thanks to the staff of Avalon Place for the great care and love provided to Mildred.
