Melvin “Papa” Bell, Jr., 28, went to be with the Lord on May 11, 2013. He was born on August 17, 1984, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Melvin Sr. and Diana C. Bell.
He is survived by the love of his live, Chastity Spears; son, Melvin Bell III; step-daughter, Parris Fobbs; parents, Melvin Sr. and Diana C. Bell; sister, Melanie Diana Bell; brother, David Alexander Bell, Sr.; nephew; David Bell, Jr.; niece, Harmony Ali Bell; grandmother, Maria “Mami” Cloter; along with numerous other loving family members and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Forest Park Lawndale.
