Our beloved Mother, Melba Webb peacefully entered into eternal rest in Conroe, Texas August 21, 2014. Melba was born in Montgomery, Texas August 22, 1931.
Words cannot express her integrity and character. We are so blessed and proud of the influence that she has had on so many lives, including her Grandkids Sandra Stephen, Courtney and Philip Dubord.
