Maurice Antonio Williams

On Saturday, September 26, 2020, Maurice Antonio Williams, beloved son, father, brother and nephew passed away suddenly at age 33. Born in Mobile, AL August 12, 1987, he considered Houston home for the past 25 years. Maurice attended Klein Forest High School and was well liked by everyone he met.
Maurice or “2Face” as he was commonly known lived life to the fullest. His smile was infectious to all he encountered. He was an entrepreneur and music promoter throughout Houston. He always considered himself to be “top chef” even though he couldn’t cook. He was an avid car enthusiast and collector of jewelry. When he wasn’t promoting music, Maurice was always singing, laughing and spending quality time with his children, friends and family.
Maurice was the beloved son of Wilhemina and Reginald Quinnie. He is preceded in death by his father the late Mitchell Ely, his grandparents Mager and Cassie Ely, brother Michael Rainey all of Pittsburgh, PA.
He leaves behind his mother Wilhemina & Reginald Quinnie of Houston, TX. His children Tiana and Antonio Williams of Arlington TX and Marcus Antwon Williams of Houston, TX. His grandmother Barbara Nelson of Houston, TX. His brothers Dimitrius Williams of Houston, TX and Mario (Izenia) Williams of Liberty, TX. Mitchell (Kim) Bratchard, Major Rainey, and Marshall Rainey of Pittsburgh, PA. His uncles Jesse (Tiffany) Williams, Houston, TX; Nathaniel (Iantha) Nelson of Minot ND and Major Ely Jr of Pittsburgh. His aunts Arthelia Wright of Houston, TX; Felicia Williams of Bothell, WA; Minerva Williams of Mobile, AL; Cynthia Williams of Houston, TX; Jerice Gray of Houston, TX. From Pittsburgh: Betty (Melvin) Turner, Laura McKoy, Lisa Ely, Barbara Cathie, Irma Robinson from Aurora, CO and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
