Mary Lou Unger, 82, of Houston, Texas passed away on January 25, 2012. She was born on May 11, 1929 in Morgantown, West Virginia to Loren and Virgie Royce. Mary Lou was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Lewis C. Unger; daughter, Susan Brock and husband John, daughter, Linda Unger, son, David Unger and wife Cathy; grandchildren, Laura Thompson and husband Steve, Jennifer College-Waldman, Cynthia Unger, Sara Brock, and Kevin Unger; great-grandson, Crisstopher Waldman. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 5:00p.m. on Sunday January 29, 2012 at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00p.m. on Monday January 30, 2012 in the Memorial Oaks Funeral Home Chapel 13001 Katy Freeway Houston, Texas 77079. Interment will follow in the Memorial Oaks Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to The American Heart Association.
