Mary Matilda Harrison

Mary Matilda Braddock Harrison age 101 passed away December 29, 2016 in Houston, Texas. She was born September 22, 1915 in Rose Hill, Mississippi (Jasper County) to parents Stanley Braddock and Armetta Dansby.

Mary and her husband, Charles Dewey Harrison married on March 13, 1938 in Decatur, Mississippi.

She is preceded in death by; her husband Charles, her parents, seven brothers, three sisters, and three great grandchildren; Crystal, CJ, and Daniel.

Mary is survived by; her son Charles and his wife Earline; daughter Betty and her husband Joe; grandchildren, Ricky and wife Janean, Paula and husband Craig, Bo and wife Debbie, Sherry and husband Glenn, Tammy and husband John, Joe Diggs Jr. and wife Tracy, Brandy and husband David; great grandchildren, Michelle and husband Brandin, Cody and wife Nicole, Kory and wife Rachale, Alicia and husband Blake, Mason, Ashley, TJ and wife Kayla, Tiffany and husband Luis, Jacob, Justin, Austin, Dylan, Eli, Jessi; great-great grandchildren, Hemi, Bodi, Axtin, Adalie, Evelynn, Aria, Landon, Laci, Cailey, Bailey, Conner, Hunter, and Bryan.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Advantage Howard-Glendale Chapel located at 1015 Federal Rd. Houston, Texas 77015. The Funeral Service will be held Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 11:00 am at Advantage Howard-Glendale Chapel. Burial will occur Saturday, January 7, 2017 in Little Rock, Mississippi.
