Mary Jo Fischer

She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Leroy Fischer, daughters, Linda Horton & husband Art, Debbie Baker, Pam Dyson & husband Brad. Grandchildren Kristie Manning, Kyle Huettel, Terry Castleberry, Kelley McRae, Joseph Dyson, Jason Walker, Joshua Dyson, Tiffany Alva, Travis Freitag, Billy Freitag and Amy Freitag. Great Grandchildren: Nick & Clayton Ratliff, Grant & Hailey Huettel, Sadie, Kelsa & Ainsley McRae, Deacon, Noelle, Daisy & Lucy Dyson, Marcus, Creston & Leslie Harris, TJ, Amanda & Sierra Freitag and Leslie Ewing, brother Bob Watson and many loving nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her son, James Freitag, her parents, sisters: Juanita Massey, Clara Nell Brumley, Norma Jean Jones, brothers: Billy Ray Watson, James Watson & George Watson.

Mary enjoyed spending time with her family, camping, traveling and watching the Houston Astros. Some of her other joys in life included playing 42 & Skip-Bo, playing slot machines and scratching lotto tickets and fishing.

Visitation will be Friday, June 23 at 12:30 PM followed by a 2:00 PM service at Brookside Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway-Houston, TX. Pastor Wade Phillips of Waverly Station Cowboy Fellowship will officiate with Benediction by her grandson, Joshua Dyson. Burial will follow immediately after the service at Brookside Memorial Park.

Pallbearers: Kyle Huettel, Terry Castleberry, Jason Walker, Joshua Dyson, Travis Freitag, and Billy Freitag.
