Mary Duncan

Mary Witty Duncan was born May 5, 1925 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Mack and Maude Witty. She took the hand of her Lord and Savior on June 3, 2014 in Houston, Texas. She is predeceased by her husband John Andrew Duncan; her grandson Kenneth E Kress and her son-in-law Mike E Kress. She is survived by her daughter Judy Duncan Kress, and her son John Robert Duncan and his wife Melinda Duncan. She has three grandchildren who she adored, Pamela Kress Thompson and her wife Melissa Lane Thompson, Jon Todd Duncan and his wife Lola Duncan, and Emily Duncan Tobar and her husband Eric Tobar. Her life was further enriched with addition of three grandsons, John Andrew Duncan, Llewelyn Glynn Duncan, and Duncan Eric Felix Tobar. She had numerous nieces and nephews from her 3 brothers, Fred, Frank, and Mack Witty, and her husband’s brother Robert Duncan. Mary was known as Nanny or Nana from all the young people that she had attended church with over the past several years and many friends, too numerous too mention, who were loved and adored and so appreciated by her and her family. She will be greatly missed by all. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-9:00 PM, June 5, and funeral service will be Friday, June 6, at 10:00AM at Forest Park Lawndale.
