She is preceded in death by her parents Charles Otto and Mary Pearl, her oldest sister Patricia Ann (Dressel) Hoch and her husband Ronald E. Hoch, her bother Kenneth Charles Dressel.
She is survived by her sister Bonnie Belle Dressel with whom she has lived all of her life, her sister Jill Louise (Dressel) Mead and her husband Steve Mead and their Children, grandchildren and Great grandchildren, her brother John (Jack) Dressel, twin to Jill and his wife Janie, their children and grandchildren, Patricia and Ronalds’ children and grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was an animal lover and worked at Eastex Veterinary for over 20 years. She loved bird watching and nature. She loved to sew, make stuffed animals and dolls, embroider, and quilt.
After retirement she got to know her neighbors and enjoyed the company of many close friends
We are blessed to have her in our lives for as long as we did.

A visitation for Mary will be held Tuesday, December 7, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A Funeral Service will occur Tuesday, December 7, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A Committal service will occur Tuesday, December 7, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.
Serving as pallbearers are Mark Davis, Aundre Dauzat and Stephen Fitch, Dustin LaField, Ron Hoch, and Tom Smith.
