Marvin was born to Louis Alfred Hart Sr. and Helen Gremillion. He married Betsy Robinson Hart and were married for 36 years.
He is survived by his brother Louis Hart Jr. He also leaves to cherish his memory nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Stacy Loeffert.
A Celebration of Life is planned for October 2022. Family and friends will be notified of time and location.
