He was born in Houston, Texas on May 17, 1946. Martin graduated from Milby High School C/O 1965 and received a paralegal degree from Los Angeles City College.
Martin served in the United States Air Force achieving the rank of sergeant. He also worked in the department of treasury internal revenue agent, Universal Studios, Hollywood, and H&R Block.
He was a member of Magnolia Park Baptist Church, American Legion Post 472, Gathering of Eagles, American Legion- Hollywood, and the American GI Forum, Tejano Veterans, and had a passion for fine dining, dancing, volunteering, mentoring young people about education, church and helping people. He volunteered with veteran organizations, worked as a campaign volunteer, and rode the METRO. He was a true gentleman!
He is survived by his siblings Eva Loredo and Johnny, Robert Loredo and Delma, George Loredo and Leonore, Adam Loredo and Michelle, Terry Loredo, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Martin and Carmen Loredo and brothers Armando Loredo and Noel Loredo.

A funeral service will occur Monday, September 21, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A committal service will occur Monday, September 21, 2020 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038.
