Martha Martínez de 70 años, falleció inesperadamente el domingo 8 de marzo del 2020 en su hogar. Ella nació el 23 de mayo de 1949 en San Benito, Texas. Era madre y padre que siempre lucho por sus tres hijos: Sammy, Janie y Mark Anthony. También fue una amorosa abuela y bisabuela de sus nietos: Valerie, Cristian, Amanda, Miranda, Simon, Melony, Aaiden, Miah, Nathan, Arian, Nikolai, Eli y Kataleya. Ella aun tiene hermanos sobrevivientes llamados, Oscar Martínez y Baldo Zavala. Fue criada en Monterrey, Mexico hasta los 14 anos, con el tiempo ella y su familia se mudaron a los Estados Unidos. Con el fin de asegurarse de que sus futuras generaciones tuvieran mejores oportunidades. Al llegar a los Estados Unidos ella trabajo en los campos de Florida, donde dio a luz a su primer hijo. El funeral será el viernes 13 de marzo de 2020 a partir de las 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., con entierro para seguir en Brookside Memorial Park.

Martha Martinez, age 70, passed unexpectedly on Sunday March 8, 2020 in her home. She was born May 23, 1949 in San Benito, Texas. She was mother and father to her three children: Sammy, Janie, and Mark Anthony. She was also a loving grandmother and great-grandmother to her grandchildren: Valerie, Cristian, Amanda, Miranda, Simon, Melony, Aaiden, Miah, Nathan, Arian, Nikolai, Eli, and Kataleya. She is also survived by her brothers Oscar Martinez, and Baldo Zavala. She grew up in Monterey, Mexico until the age of 14. She then moved to the US with her family in order to ensure her future generations to come had better opportunities. She started off working in the fields of Florida where she gave birth to her first child. She then moved to Houston for better job opportunities, along with giving birth to her second child, and welcoming her third into her life. Years later she came to be a successful business owner. She was such a selfless individual that always wore her heart on her sleeve. She never closed the doors of her home to anyone, and with open arms, always welcomed family and friends. Martha Martinez will always be loved, and never forgotten. Family, friends, and others whose lives were touched by Martha are welcome Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 4:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77093 for the viewing. The funeral service will be Friday, March 13, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., with burial to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
