Mark was a graduate of Kashmere Sr. High “Class of 83”. While attending Kashmere, he was active in football and track and field, but his passion was baseball.
Even though he had many friends and family in Houston, he decided to move to Los Angeles, California.
While there in Los Angeles, California, Mark accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior and began to follow his Lord in ministering to the “least of them” and the unfortunate of Skid Row Homeless individuals and families until his death.
Mark was preceded in death by one niece; Grace Dunham, one nephew; Remmington Dunham. He is survived by his mother; Mary E. Dunham, one sister, seven brothers, eight nieces and nephews, 42 grand nieces and nephews; as well as many family and friends.
