“On the afternoon of November 14, 2021, Mariefe Macalalag Mejia passed away at the age of 55. Mariefe who is also known as Pita to those close to her was a beloved wife to her husband, Armand, and mother to three children, Keziah, Keren and Seth, and grandmother to Imaria, and mother to her fur baby Levi. She is also survived by her mother, Elvie and her sister, Gagai. Pita was a dear friend to many others.
“The world will be a little plainer without her bright smile, energetic personality and giving heart.”
A funeral viewing is scheduled for 5 pm to 8 pm on November 19 and November 21, 2021 at the Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Creek on 9149 Hwy 6 North, Houston. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Regina Caeli Parish on her behalf.
