The private graveside service was officiated by her husband Pastor Howard Daniel Jr. of Livingston. In attendance were her two sisters Verlene of Houston, Ada of Dallas, and their children, Howard D. and Helen of Tyler, Greg and Kim of Desoto, Howard III of Atlanta and Trent and Joanne of Houston. Little Marie, their handicap daughter was unable to attend.

There will be a public memorial service for her many friends at Chesswood Baptist Church, 4357 US Hwy 59 South, Livingston, Texas on Saturday July 19, 2014 at 11:00 am. The family will go to Houston to visit her grave site after the memorial. Her grave site is available to any of her friends who would like to visit. She is interred in section R, grave 193 at the National Cemetery.

Our sincerest gratitude and thanks to all of our many friends that have made phone calls, sent cards, or just a word of condolence. Please do not send flowers, food or donations.
