Maria Guadalupe Ramirez

Maria met her husband, Manuel Ramirez, in Michoacán, Mexico, and enjoyed 53 years of marriage together in Houston up until her final goodbye.

Maria was a fantastic homemaker and a caring wife and mother. She loved animals, nature, and plants. She enjoyed laughing, talking, cooking, and caring for her family, pets, garden, and never hesitated to save and help heal any injured, small bird that would fall into her backyard, or help feed wandering cats. She is survived by her husband, Manuel, son, Hector Ramirez with wife Ineke Chavez, daughter, Sandra Salazar with husband Mario Salazar, grandson, Christian Salazar, granddaughters, Isabel Chavez, Klarissa Salazar, Vanessa Salazar, Victoria Ramirez, Gabriella Ramirez, great granddaughter Scarlet Chavez, and nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Maria will be held Monday, November 14, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo Navigation, 2516 NAVIGATION BLVD, HOUSTON, TX 77003. A rosary service will occur Monday, November 14, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM, 2516 NAVIGATION BLVD, HOUSTON, TX 77003. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
