Maria “Chuy” Fuentes, 78, of Houston, TX, passed away on Saturday, November, 4, 2017. Maria grew up in Mexico and later moved to Texas. Maria fell in love, got married and raised a family. Maria remained in Texas until her passing.
Maria was a beautiful, caring person who loved everyone she met. She leaves behind many loving friends and family members. She is preceded to heaven by, Antonio Fuentes Jr, her husband of 49 years.
Maria is survived by her adoring children, Laura, Gabriel, Gloria, son-in-law Sam Patlove, grandson Arlo, grand-dog Gigi and her cat, BB.
Visitation for Maria will be held Sunday, November 12th, at Advantage Funeral Home, 7010 Chetwood, Houston, TX. 77081, from 5pm to 8pm , with a rosary at 6pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. Thomas More Catholic Church at 10330 Hillcroft, Houston, TX, 77096, on Monday, November 13th, at 10am, with a reception to follow at the church.
