She was born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, MX on May 3, 1920. She was married to Alberto De La Garza on August 5, 1939.
She was preceded in death by her father, Pasqual Marroquin, her mother, Eusebia Marroquin Zavala, her husband, Alberto De La Garza, her daughter, Mary De La Garza Salmeron, her granddaughter, Marianne Salmeron, her brother, Elias Marroquin, and her sisters, Vicenta Lozano and Eva Gamboa.
She is survived by her children: Maria Christina Flores, Albert De La Garza, and Rachel Cardenas, her grandchildren: Jose Albert Flores, Rosamaria Flores, Christopher Cardenas, Amy De La Garza, and Eric De La Garza, and her great-grandchildren: Christina Marie Bentacourt and Julia Jean De La Garza.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 11, 2020 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home.
