My Maria, what can I say that has not already been said, you were truly one of a kind. You were so smart and so easy to talk too, thank you for all your advice and thank you for helping me when my mind would go blank, and I needed your assistance. You were my cubicle neighbor for years. I missed our walks down to the cafeteria and our afternoon coffee breaks. 

My condolences to your husband, son and family, I knew how much they all meant to you. May you forever REST in PEACE, tell my husband if you see him, I said hello! THANK YOU and LOVE YOU..

I still have so much to tell you, that I didn’t get a chance. Tia Lou. My heart and my rock. You loved me through think and thin. You loved me when I was at my lowest just to talk me back into finding my confidence to rise up again. You were my mother and father when I needed them most. You are my everything. No words can express the loss of our beautiful Maria. 
 To those in need, she gave freely. She offered a safe place for us in time  of sorrow. She strived for excellence in her career and held others to her standards. She loved her family, fiercely. Sadegh and Bijan were her pride and joy. And the love was reciprocated by all that knew her.
She was my confidant, my lighthouse in the storm. Imperfect as I am, she loved me. 
I will miss her, as we all will. But I am filled with awe when I realize we were so blessed to have her in our lives.  My beautiful friend, in our grief we must learn to celebrate your remarkable life.

My deepest condolences to Sadegh, Bijan and all of Maria's extended family.  
As you all know, Maria and I have been friends for 50+ years.  She was my first friend when I moved to Alief and she remained my dearest friend.  We were always there for each other during happy and sad times.   I have such fond memories of her – just hanging out at each other’s house on the weekend playing Trivial Pursuit, scrabble (with her made up words) or playing cards.  It was always fun being around her and family.  
I am so lucky to have a friend like Maria.  She is definitely one of a kind.
I love you so much and will miss you my dear friend.

One of my earliest recollections of Maria was when I initially started working at Dow in 2015. She was one of the first people to come into my cubicle to say hello and welcome me! I recall how much she enjoyed her job and how determined she was to succeed at it!
