Marjorie (Margie) Ann Boller, 79, was transported to glory on December 30, 2018. Born on February 19, 1939, in Mendoza, TX to Gertrude and Clifton Haley, Margie was extraordinarily dedicated to her family. Having spent most of her childhood on her parents’ farm, Margie appreciated all animals and dearly loved caring for her many pets. She eventually settled in Houston, Texas and worked for the Houston Police Federal Credit Union for thirty-eight years. She raised her one son, John, the joy of her life, and throughout his young life, the two of them attended every Astros’ game or Oilers’ game possible; they continued to share their love of sports until the end of her life. In April of 1974 she blended her little family with Bill Boller’s family, and a new chapter began. Margie was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband, Bill. She is survived by her son, John Harris and his wife, Jenny; sister, Dorothy Carter; Lisa Ehlert (Boller) and her husband Darryl; Craig Boller; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Family will receive guests beginning at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, January 4, 2019, and the service will begin at 2:00 at Forest Park Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer, Houston, TX 77077.
