Margaret M. Wright, born January 28, 1920 in Monticello, Arkansas, passed away August 1, 2013 in Magnolia, Texas. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Earnest and Victor; sister, Janey. She is survived by her daughter, Jo Roberts; grandsons, Jack and Wade Roberts; sister, Dovie Murray and a large and loving family and a host of dear friends.
Margaret was a member of TOPS for more than 20 years, and a generous contributor to the charitable activities of the Potpourri Club of Tomball. She was an accomplished ballroom dancer, had a long career as an accountant with several Houston firms and a member of Magnolia United Methodist Church. She lived in Magnolia many years, the last 11 years with her widowed daughter Jo. She will be sorely missed by her loving family and grateful community.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm Sunday, August 4, 2013 at Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted by 10:00 am Monday, August 5, 2013 at Brookside Family Chapel with interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
