My sympathies to all friends and family. I wanted to say that Sue has always held a special place in my memories. She was handling much of the financial and assignment policy items for me during my first ever assignment in Lithuania. It was my first trip abroad so very much appreciated all of the patient support she provided a young field engineer while in a foreign country away from family for over six months at a time. I'm so sorry to hear about Sue's passing.  I got to know Sue when I began working on budgets for my department.  We developed a friendship, and she helped me out many times answering my questions for many years.  She was very knowledgeable in her field.   She was a good person and was always helpful.  She will be greatly missed.  My deepest condolences for your loss.

Susan you have  been my beloved daughter since you were four years old. 
Several times the birth mother came to visit us but I was always referred to as Mom.  Sue has always been a delight to have as were her brothers (3) along with my two which made us the half dozen!  We made the most of it as children with camping trips road trips to follow their father on jobs far and near.  Driving across the USA many times and going over seas to England, Italy, Indonesia,  Bangkok Thailand, and several other overseas jobs.  Far and wide never phased us as we always had one another.  As long as we had one another we were always one big happy family.
     My dearest Susan, although your father has been gone some twenty years now I know he will receive you with open arms, give him love from all of his beloved family.  See you soon my darling girl.

So sorry to hear about Sue's passing.  She was  a wonderful person and always such a pleasure to work with.  Sending prayers to her family.

We think that this was Susans picture taken somewhere between graduating High School and before College.

When we were little, if we got sick or hurt we could go sleep in Sues big bed. I broke my arm and then my hand. I stayed in her room and she would hug me all night to make the pain go away. 
That’s how she was. Always there to help with the big stuff. The really important things in life 
She picked me out of jail twice. Never said a word against my crimes. Instead she and her husband invited me into their home for dinner and video games. I quit doing all the crazy things and started doing the normal things people do.

Sue was an amazing person , she and hubby were sweet friends. I can still see her smile! Loved but not forgotten. Her daughter was her joy also. God bless this family.

I worked with Sue at Fluor for many years and it was a true blessing to know her.  She was very supportive when I was going through some difficult times and her guidance and kind words were very meaningful to me.  She will be greatly missed.  I'll see you again one day.
