Margaret Helen Neely

Margaret's beautiful life began on July 9, 1928 in Fort Worth, TX to the late Mable and Walter Walston. She fell in love and married the late Charles Randolph Neely on August 12th, 1944 in Denton, TX.

Charlie and Margaret quickly moved to Los Angeles, CA where they began their family. They later returned to Houston, TX.

Margaret loved to travel and especially loved to dance. She was known to many as "Granny Great" and great she was! She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and always had a smile on her face. She was the life of the party.

Margaret is survived by her children Randy Neely, Jacqueline Neely Griffen; granddaughter Kimberly Clinard and grandson-in-law Michael H Clinard; her great grandchildren Madison, Kaitlyn and Jack Clinard; her longtime friend and care giver Zoila Pocasangre and many friends.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday August 9th at 10:00 am immediately followed by a Celebration of her life at 12:30 pm at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home.
