Margaret Mary Delores Felle danced her way into Heaven on July 3rd, 2012, listening to Big Band tunes of the era. Mom grew-up in Bayonne, New Jersey. As a young woman she often reminisced that she once danced with Frank Sinatra before his rise to stardom. Later her uncle seriously considered entering her in the Miss America contest until her mother put her foot down and said that was not going to happen for her daughter.
Mom enthusiastically devoted her life to homemaking and guiding her children into becoming successful adults. As a young mother Mom was awarded a Bachelor of Patience Degree from Rutgers University.
She looked forward to her various weekend shopping expeditions with her daughter-in-law, Ginger. During many trips she greeted everyone with cheerful "hellos" and little children with hugs and kisses. In the past several years Mom was challenged by her fading memory, but she often commented, "Oh well , what can I do about it, but just keep going on."
Mom slipped away gently and peacefully at home into eternal Life. She is survived by her brother and wife Richard and Carol Sommer, her children: Robert, James, Kevin, and Ginger, grandchildren: Megan and husband,Aaron, Maeve and husband,Tom, Chris and wife Amanda, Patrick and girlfriend, Ashleigh, and three great grandchildren.
Much appreciation to loving caregivers Kika and Yvette, the special support from Houston Hospice and her devoted neighbors.
