Margaret was born August 23, 1934 to Garnie Gold Waters and Finer Lee Hoyle of Lincoln, North Carolina. Margaret was the eldest child of four siblings.
Margaret is survived by: daughters Sandra Chrismon (Steve), Tyra Koenning (Alan); sons, Curtis Barker and Tim Barker; sisters Lucille McSwain, Dot Howard, Bet Goins.
Margaret was preceded in death by husband (Bill Barker), son (Billy Barker), her parents Garnie and Finer Waters.
Margaret had nineteen loving grandchildren, forty-one great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She had many loving nieces, nephews and extended family.
Margaret retired from Gulf Printing Company. She enjoyed cooking, yard work and making crafts.
The family will receive visitors on Friday, March 15, 2019 at Brookside Funeral Home located at 13747 Eastex Freeway Houston, Texas from 6 pm to 8 pm. The funeral will be at Brookside Funeral Home on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 10 am followed by the committal at Brookside Memorial Park.
