Marco Antonio Martinez

Marco Antonio Martinez went to be with the Lord on July 8, 2015, he was 78 years old. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He is preceded in death by his parents Francisco and Francisca Martinez and his son in law Ruben Ramirez. Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 58 years, Sara; his children Frank Martinez and wife Marta, daughter Sandra Martinez and son Gabriel Martinez and wife Gwen; grandchildren Monica Martinez Flores and husband Rocky, Christina Martinez, Juan Martinez, Christopher Ramirez, Veronica Castillo and her husband Carlos, Yadira Mayte, Ambrosia Torres and her husband Enrique and Francisca Martinez. Marco is also survived by his great grandchildren Rocky, Isela, Joshua, Jolissa, Angelina, Enrique, Juliana and Max as well as countless other family members and friends. A visitation will take place at Forest Park Lawndale on Monday, July 13, 2015 from 5-9 PM with a rosary service at 7 PM. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 10 AM at St. Phillip of Jesus Catholic Church located at 9700 Villita St in Houston. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
