Marita R. Gutierrez went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, October 25, 2016, after suffering from numerous strokes. She was a member of Oak Forest Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. She was a wonderful friend and mother to her children, Daniel Gutierrez, Ruth Akins, and Lydia Gibson. She leaves behind 6 wonderful grandchildren and 1 precious great grandson. She also leaves behind a loving bother and sister. Her smile and laughter will be missed by all the families of her children and her numerous friends and acquaintances. God bless!
Visitation will be at Funeraria del Angel Funeral Home, 5100 North Freeway, 77022, on October 30, 2016, from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
The funeral service will be at Oak Forest Baptist Church, 1700 West 43rd Street, Houston Texas on October 31, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.
