I met Magdalena. “Chipper” as her friends and family called her in 1972 at the Majestic Theatre where she worked as a “Candy Girl”, as the girls were called back then when they worked in the concession stand. We dated, got married and were a couple, off and on, for about 25 years. There were good times, there were bad times. I prefer to remember the good times.
Although we had not seen each other in many years, I always wished her well in her new life. I am sure her Husband, Roy, all the Vaesa Family and her Friends will dearly miss her. She was a woman full of personality and the type of person you don’t easily forget.
My condolences to all the members of her family.
Chipper, I hope you are at Peace. God Bless.
