Louis Max Martin

Louis Max Martin went to be with the Lord on January 18, 2017. He was born on August 14, 1933 in Houston, Texas to parents Louis and Norma Martin. Louis was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend that will be dearly missed by all of those who knew and loved him. He is survived by his children: Sharon Martin Marsh and her husband Robert, Gwendolyn Carter, Kim Martin Oliver and Glenn Martin and his wife Jennifer; grandchildren: Cody Carter, Robert Marsh, Jr., Courtney Holt, Christy Green, Nanci Nicole Martin, Brandon Holt, Hayden Green, Kristyn Martin, Morgan Martin, Ashlyn Green, Makenzie Carter, Austin Holt, Kayd Green, Kyle Martin and Trinity Marsh; sisters: Helen Eugenia West, Shirley Wagner and Charlotte Newman; brothers: Douglas Martin and Randell Martin and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Louis is preceded by his wife Joann Martin; sons: Mike Martin Larry Martin, Jr.; grandson Casey Cater; parents; sister Nora Sullivan and brother Johnny Martin.

The family will receive friends for visitation Sunday, January 22, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Brookside Funeral Home in the Grand Chapel followed by a burial in Brookside Memorial Park and Cemetery.
