Lori Ann Hughes-Diaz, age 67, of Houston, Texas passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021. Lori was born February 22, 1954.
A visitation for Lori will be held Friday, September 10, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, Texas 77023, followed by a memorial service from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
