Lisa Renee (Dean) Myrick, 55, of Houston, Texas, passed away Friday, May 22, 2020. She was born January 20, 1965, in Houston, and was a lifetime resident of Harris County. She worked in various roles for Spring ISD for many years and was very active as Vice President of the Spring ISD Tri-Club. She dedicated her time to her children and the many activities they were involved with such as Cub Scouts, karate, cheerleading and FFA. She also volunteered with the Gate Keepers Committee for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She enjoyed traveling and was privileged to visit Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, and France. Her hobbies included collecting Snoopy memorabilia, watching her beloved Houston Astros, and shopping at craft fairs. She was blessed with numerous family and friends, whom she loved unconditionally.
Lisa Renee is survived by her parents, Lawrence and Barbara Dean of Houston, Texas; daughter, Katlin Myrick of Houston, Texas; son, Justin Myrick of Liberty, Texas; sister, Kimberly (Dean) Arrendell and husband Michael of Shepherd, Texas; and one grand-daughter, Annabella Myrick. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Special thanks to Patricia Cobb-Smith for her services.
Services will be held at Brookside Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 27, 2020 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with the graveside service from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in Brookside Memorial Park with the Rev. Herbert Reeves officiating.
