Lindsey Wayne Dirden went to be with his Lord on November 21, 2016. He was born on August 1, 1961 in Houston, Texas to parents Edwin E. and Doris S. Dirden. Lindsey was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his seven children, Tamika Frazier and husband Dell, LJ Levine and wife Melissa, Brent Dirden, Taylor Dirden, Lauren Dirden, Ashlyn Dirden, Kaitlyn Dirden; four grandchildren; Naja, DJ, Aubree, Sydni; nine siblings, Jacqueline Lamar, Brenda Stewart, Gerald Lamar, Donna Dirden, Ginger Dirden, Allen Dirden, Charles Dirden and wife Evelyn, Denise Dirden and husband Don, Kenneth Dirden and wife Doris; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends for visitation Friday, December 2, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and a Funeral Service Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 1:00 PM at in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039, followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park.
