She is survived by her husband, Ruben, of 53 years; Also, her son Aaron and wife Angelica, and daughter Tamara Merriwether, grandchildren George, Jessie Ann and Henry Merriwether as well as her brother Pete Bertrand Jr.
Linda graduated from San Jacinto high school in Houston and was a longtime member of Sagemont
Baptist Church. She worked and retired from the family business, Aaron’s AC & Heat.
She enjoyed being the team mom for Girls softball at Sagemont Beverly Hills with her husband, coach Ruben,during the 80’s for several years.
Linda will be greatly missed, but we know she is in a better place and no longer suffering.
A memorial service for Linda will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 4136 Broadway, Houston, Texas 77087, followed by a reception from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m..
