Linda Smith

Throughout her life, she played an active role as a member on the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Committee. After her many years of service, she was awarded as a lifetime member. Linda loved to be surrounded by her family and friends. Anywhere she went she left a remembrance of her outgoing personality. Decorating was her most favorable hobby; especially during the Christmas season. Her kind heart and beautiful smile will be greatly missed by all.

She preceded in death by her father, Robert E. Lee McMickle and her mother, Winnie Mozelle McMickle.

Linda survived by her daughter, Deborah Sargent and husband Homer and daughter, Lisa Proffitt and husband Korby; her sister, Sharon Cofran and husband George; her 6 Grandchildren, Jennifer, Brittany, Meagan, Morgan, Ryan and Sierra; and her 4 great grandchildren, Layla, Hunter, Stellah, Camryn, and is expecting her 5th great grandchild in February.
