Linda was born in Houston on May 7, 1937 to parents John Edward and Thelma (Reese) Felton. They preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death was her husband, CR (Dick) Penny and daughter, Marianne Penny Blanton.
She is survived by her daughters, Diane Parma and Roxanne Dyess, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Linda enjoyed knitting, the beach, painting, playing bridge and spending time with her grandchildren.
A visitation/reception for Linda will be held Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
