Linda Lee Johnson (Robinson) was born on March 28, 1958 in Greeley Ville, South Carolina and passed away on October 31, 2018 in Houston, Texas. She was one of 10 children born to Manson Robinson and Janie Sanders.
Linda had many achievements and accomplishments, one of them being her education. She acquired her first degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina. She went on to obtain 2 more Master's degrees in Education from Western Governor University. She held many jobs throughout her lifetime including; a copy/printing business that she started, legal assistant, manager at Macy's department store where she achieved the million dollar sales award, and even selling jewelry and candles. She also worked many years for Aldine Independent School District where she was voted teacher of the year twice. She gained the position of International Baccalaureate Coordinator and was highly involved with the PTO and school community.
Beyond Linda's achievements, she will also be remembered as a great seamstress, cook, and hostess. She loved to entertain guests and filled her home with fine china and Swarovski crystals. She was also a woman of faith and attended bible classes at the Springwood church of Christ. Above all things, she loved her family and friends and always kept them close.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Ezell Robinson.
She is survived by her husband Eleslie "E." Joe Johnson, her children, Rebekah Flora Johnson and Zachary Adam Johnson, Siblings; Betty Anderson from PA, Rebecca Robinson from NY, Van Robinson from SC, Manson Robinson from SC, Loree Byrd from NJ, Jimmy Robinson from GA and wife Sherian, Jannie Robinson from NJ, and Louis Robinson from GA and wife Marshjun. She is also survived by two aunts, Mary Sanders and Aileen Sanders, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and colleagues.
