Mrs. Lila was love so much. I know you guys going to miss her. She was such a wonderful person with a loving heart. The Anderson family and Rumley family we offer our sincerest condolences. My prayer is your hearts won’t be trouble for long. An that the peace of God overtake your hearts.

Many years ago, my sons and I were introduced to Mrs. Lila and her large family. From that day she accepted us as part of the Ligon family. Mrs. Lila was a kind, thoughtful, and beautiful lady. To James, Hattie, daughters, all family members and friends, I am so happy to have had Mrs. Lila touch my life.

When we got the honor of being apart of the Ligon family we won a family lottery. I’ve always smiled when I thought of her warmth and kindness.

Mrs. Ligon, was a true soldier in every way possible; in the church, as a wife, as a mother, as a grandmother, as a neighbor and as a friend. God has called her home after being a good and faithful servant!
