Leonidas “Leo” A. Constantino, passed away on Monday, April 12, 2010. He was born on March 31, 1935 in Cristobal, Panama. After graduating from Cristobal High School in the Canal Zone, Leo attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. He was involved in the petrochemical industry for over 50 years, primarily in international sales. Leo was a member of API, NOMADS and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. His hobbies included golf as well as his love for growing roses. Leo was preceded in death by his parents, Margarita Zografula and Parasquevas Leonidas Constantino; his wife of 19 years, Kathryn Ann Ray. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Sherry Constantino; his daughters, Ann Negratti, Mimi Constantino and stepdaughter, Sheli Thormer; his son, Lee D. Constantino and stepson, Miles Harwood; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Samantha Constantino, Stephen and Christian Negratti, Preston and Paul Thormer. A celebration of Leo’s life will be held at 3 PM on Thursday, April 15, 2010 in the chapel of Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home.
