Leonard Leroy Gould

He attended school in Houston Independent School District – G W Carver and M C Williams.

He carried on the family business of roofing. He started his own business Leonard Gould Roofing that he worked faithfully for thirty plus years until his death.

He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Deliverance Rock Ministries in July of 1982 under the leadership of Bishop Robert Dobbs. He was ordained as an Elder on August 29, 2004. He served as Brotherhood President, Male Chorus President, Praise Conductor and Adult Sunday School Teacher. The church joined with New Rock of Salvation Holiness Church on August 18, 2019, where he served faithfully until his death.

Leonard met the love of his life Denise in 1998, and they were married on January 12, 2002.

He loved the Lord and enjoyed serving in church, traveling, and spoiling the grandkids.

Leonard was preceded in death by his parents James & Margaret Gould, Brothers - Bobbie, DeWayne, James Jr and Michael - Sisters Erma Jean Miller and Francis Curtis - Grandson – Michael Hill.

He leaves to cherish his legacy his wife, Denise Gould, God Given Children, Marcus (Jennifer) Rombulus (Tammy) TorKeisha (Gary) – Grandkids – Tamara, Kiandra, KeVondrick (Isis), Jasmine, Jared, Kaylin, Kedrick, SaShae, Tavian, Isaiah, Ruby, Mason. Great-grandkids – Jayden, Michael, Amari, Royal, Laila, Akai, Julez. Siblings - brothers - Clarence, Willie (Jeraldine), and Mark. Sister – Diane, Faye (Carl Lee), Veda, and Bridget. Brother in Laws – Booker T (Dell), Ervin (Venerie), Dwight (Kim), Darryl. Sister in Laws – Maudesta, Gloria (Roland) He also leaves to cherish his memories a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
