Lenora Rivera, age 67, lost her battle with cancer on May 13, 2016. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 44 years, Feliz Rivera. She is survived by her children; Daughters Valerie Rivera-Rodriguez & J.R., Laurie Howard & James and her only son Jason Rivera & Blanca. Lenora had 7 grandchildren who were her pride and joy; Jesse Ray, Ashley, Kimberly, Alyssa, Francisco, Jacob and Jason Jr.; Great granddaughters include Adriana, Tori, Jayla, Ahmarie and one on the way.
Lenora was born on November 6, 1948 in Brookshire, TX. She was a loving wife, mother, grand-mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to all.

Visitation will be at Forest Park Lawndale on Wednesday May 18th from 5-9 pm; Catholic Mass on Thursday, May 19th at 10:30 am at Resurrection Catholic Church, 915 Zoe St., Houston, TX 77020. Funeral will be held on Friday, May 20th at 10:00 am at the U.S. National Cemetery 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr. Houston, Texas 77038.
