I just learnt of Lee's passing, my heart goes out to his family. It does not seem real to have such a caring man taken from us at such a young age. I will always remember the time when Lee flew up and I took him to our race car shop and he was like a kid in a candy store wanting to get into each of our cars. Lee was a great man and a great friend. I was soo blessed to have meet and work with Lee on the D-Island Project for National Oilwell. We were all a family and even though we didnt see much of each other once the project ended it was like old times when we did. Lee became like a brother to alot of people he worked with and he holds a special place in my heart forever. He had a heart of gold and was such a truly blessing to this world. May he rest in peace and sit at the throne of our Lord forever. My deepest sympathies to his wife, children, and family on their loss. My prayers are with each and everyone of you. God Bless.

Lee was a great man. From the first day I started with NOV, every interaction I had with Lee was a great experience. There were times when my day was terrible (or so I thought), but after being exposed to Lee's kind and humorous personality my day was a whole lot better. Lee's passing will leave a void in our team and in our hearts that will never be completely filled. I wish his family the best in these trying times.

I met Lee in September while he was visiting our offices in Jebel Ali, after that time we've met again in Moscow, while having lunch with our colleagues, he mentioned about his dietary habbit and bet that the next time he is in Dubai he would be half size of his current size, his exact words were, " Ruby when i see you in Dubai on 2013, i will be half less my size now", and i responded, "Cool, will see about that". ........ Will not see your improve weight anymore ,Lee, you are in a better place now and May you rest in peace......

Miss you already cousin!  You are one of the most generous and kind people I have ever known.  Thank you for being so good to your little cousins.  We will always love you and think about you!

Prayers, sympathy and thoughts for Kathy, Haydee, he children and any others affected by the loss. Lee will truly be missed by all that were blessed enough to have known him.

I have many fond memories from the many years working with Lee @ RJI/NOV Galena Park. Going to the very first Texans game vs Dallas with Lee, Kathy, Mark T. and some others. Going to HLSR cook-offs together with various other friends and just various general conversations that we had throughout the years.

Haydee, Megan, Marcus and Kathy, as a NOV vendor I had the pleasure of working with Lee for the last 4 or 5 years. Lee was always very professional, so easy and kind to work with and was the most organized client I had. I always asked him how he was doing and he always said the same thing "Well I'm not doing too bad" it became a little joke that we had the same dialog each time we spoke. He talked about each of you in such glowing terms that I felt like I knew you. The cruise to Alaska was such a highlight, he loved talking about that trip. I know you are so grateful that you had that experience together. He was so proud of each of you. I will really miss Lee, he was a wonderful client and a great person. I know that Lee is now in Heaven and like he always said, "Well, I'm not doing too bad". My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time and always.

Lee, I remember the first day you came to work with us at RJI and Billy Rogers came up to me and said , put him to work and I said ok. Thank goodness that you knew yours sports or it would have been a long day for us! From that first day you just excelled and kept getting better and better! Rest in peace brother, you're good people and I know you found your way to God!

I was fortunate to be part of Lee's life from preschool to present. Kathy shared his life with me and my sons. I was very proud of the young man he became as he included me with his wonderful wife, daughter and son.

To Lee's Family:  It's been quite a long time since Lee had to endure the daily regimen of a word processing class with me at SMA; but I remember him well and fondly.  He was always a gentleman, always polite even when I headed his way with a cover for his keyboard.  Grief is overwhelming now; but the Lord put the element of 'time' in our world to help us with sorrow of this magnitude.  Time will slowly allow smiles to return and give full assurance that Lee's absence is only a temporary separation.  We thank you for sharing him with us those years ago; we have not forgotten, and we will not.  My prayers are with you, his beloved family; and may the Lord give you the peace that only He can.

Lee you've been a tremendous support to me at the academy.  The memories of our happy days back at school will live on forever in my memories.  You've made a big impact on a lot of us here at the academy, and I hope you're in a better place now.

Lee was a great guy with a wonderful family. I remember all the stories from his mom over the years, she was very proud of him and the man he became. He will be missed dearly.

Our hearts and prayers go out to Lee's family. All of his former Academy classmates will feel this tremendous loss. Lee was kind in every way. Although he was quiet, he always had a genuine smile for everyone.

Lee and I were roommates in high school and then in college. He was always an easy going nice guy who befriended anyone and everyone. He was caring, giving and one of the best friends anyone could have. Life takes over and you don't see each other much after school with work and kids and all. But I still over these last 15 years have felt that brotherly bond with Lee. When we met for dinner last year it was just like old times Lee was still Lee he had matured but his kindhearted and caring soul had not been hardened over the years. I can honestly say that today I feel like I lost a brother and I wish that we had more time to catch up. My prayers go out to Haydee and the kids and also to Kathy who raised a great man and had him taken way to early. Lee, brother I know you are watching us and we will all try to lead the kid of life you would want us to. We will see you soon!!

Arthur and Castillo families- We have all together suffered a huge loss. One of God's most caring, compassionate, children has been called home.  We will all miss him so.
