Anthony was born on October 10, 1984 to Gina Hall and Lawrence Brown. He attended Bruce Elementary and Wheatley High School.
Anthony is preceded in death by his father Lawrence Brown, his uncles David Wayne Hall, Garrick Jerome Hall, and Kenneth Ray Hall. As well as his grandparents Eugene and Espanola David Hall.
He is survived by his mother Gina Hall, his brother Louis Hall, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
