Lauren Henry

Lauren Ashley Henry born 08-15-90 and passed away on 07-14-10 after a long and brave battle with sarcoma cancer. Lauren was a 2008 graduate of Spring High School where she made several close friends. During Lauren's school years she was involved in many sporting activities. Her love of all of them was volleyball. Lauren was diognosed with sarcoma shortly after graduating. This disease failed however to break her spirits. She continued to go on full speed ahead, never once complaining of any pain. She loved to go fishing, and go to see the Houston Texans , Astros, and Rocket's games. Lauren was a inspiration to all that had met her. She touch many lives in such a short period of time. On Wednesday, surrounded by her loving family and friends, Lauren sadly left us. Lauren had so many friends and family that it would be impossible to name each and every one of them but they know who they are. Lauren is survived by her loving parents James and Patricia Henry,sisters Julia Nicole and Kristi Ann, brothers Sean Robert,and James Dylan, Grandmother's Genevie Harrison and Julia Henry, and numerious loving aunt's and uncles,cousins,and neices and nephews, and especially her loving and caring high school sweetheart Jacob Shultz and his family, and her favorite dogs Jax and Layla. In lieu of any flowers, please make a donation to any sarcoma cancer research foundation of your choice. A viewing and celebration of Lauren's life will take place @ Brookside funeral home at 3410 f.m.1960 west saturday the 17th @ 3 p.m. A church service will follow on Tuesday which will be announced at the viewing. Lauren may have left us here on earth, but her life and love for it will always be remembered.
