Laura D’Ann (Fruge’) Bolton, of Baytown Tx. passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, May 31, 2015 surrounded and comforted by her loving family at the young age of 46 after a very courageous battle against Breast Cancer.
Laura, the youngest of 6 children and the daughter of Larry and Waldine Fruge’ of Fayetteville Tx., and is survived by two very special and loving children, a son, Cory Lee Burkes and wife Kaylie and daughter, Morgan Elizabeth Schuman; 3 grandchildren, Cooper, Kamrie, and Kinslie; parents, Larry and Waldine Fruge’; brothers, Michael Fruge’, wife Jodi, Brian Fruge’, Dwight Fruge’, wife Sherri, Sisters; Cheryl (Fruge’) Hall, husband Mike, Allison (Fruge) Thomas, husband Ron.; nieces and nephews, Ryan and Nolan Hall, PJ Broussard and Kaylah Lazard, Brandi and Austin Fruge’, Shelby and Josh Fruge. She is proceed in death by her niece Ashley Broussard, Grandparents EJ and Agnus Fruge’ and Walter and Helen Meyer.
Laura touched the lives of those around her, and was a true living example of how to live each day to the fullest and cherish each and every one that God has blessed us with regardless of the circumstances or cards we may have been dealt on any given day. When diagnosed with Breast Cancer 3 years ago, she never gave up, maintaining her positive attitude and never loosing that precious smile on her face.
In December, she was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer that eventually took her life. She remained positive, enjoying life and living each day like there was no tomorrow. She loved spending time with her kids, grandkids and family, and her extended family at Old River Assembly of God Church where she was a member. Equal to the pain we feel from the loss of Laura, we gain in the comfort of knowing, Heaven now has a new little angle looking down upon us here on earth with her precious smile, free of her pain and suffering, watching over those she so loved until we all meet again in heaven above.

A memorial service in celebration of her life will be held in the Chapel at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, 7010 Chetwood Drive, Houston Tx. 77081 at 11:00 am on Saturday June 27, 2015.
